Nursultan Usubaliev was appointed an assistant to the President of Kyrgyzstan. The corresponding order was signed by the head of state Sadyr Japarov.
Nursultan Usubaliev previously worked as an expert at the Foreign Policy Department of the President’s Executive Office. He is the son of former First Deputy Minister of Defense Taalaibek Usubaliev.
Former assistant Ernis Ashyrbaev was appointed Deputy Permanent Representative of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers in the Parliament.
