Toktobai Maanayev was relieved of the post of Acting Chief Physician of the National Hospital. Press center of the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The deputy head of the National Hospital Ulukbek Kulukeyev was entrusted with the duties of Chief Physician until the appointment of a new head.
Recall, by the order of September 22, 2023 № 228 Bakyt Tologonov was relieved of the duties of Chief Physician of the medical institution, Toktobai Maanayev was appointed instead of him. The latter worked at the post for a few days, after which the Ministry of Health canceled its decision.
Earlier it was reported that a criminal case was initiated against the Chief Physician of the National Hospital Toktobai Maanayev. According to the State Committee for National Security, corruption schemes were revealed in the medical center — regular extortions, kickbacks in tenders, state purchases at inflated prices from affiliated suppliers and fictitious write-off of medicines.
