The President of the Kyrgyz Republic met with the leader of Turkey on the sidelines of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly held in New York (USA).
The parties discussed current issues of Kyrgyz-Turkish bilateral interaction in trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian, scientific, technical and other areas.
They touched upon the issue of holding the next meeting of the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation, during which current issues on the current agenda will be discussed, covering all areas of bilateral cooperation, and joint actions aimed at strengthening cooperation will be outlined.
Sadyr Japarov and Recep Tayyip Erdogan agreed to continue an active dialogue at the highest political level to deepen ties in all priority areas of cooperation of mutual interest.
