The number of Deputy Ministers of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan has been reduced by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers. Press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
The number of deputies was halved — from eight to four people. This was done to optimize the system and to effectively organize the ministry’s activities.
Thus, in accordance with the decision, the number of Deputy Ministers of Economy and Commerce was reduced to four people.
In addition, the regulation on the Tourism Department under the Economy and Commerce Ministry has been amended. The rank of Deputy Minister was removed in the position of the Director of the Department of Tourism.
Earlier, the head of the Cabinet Akylbek Japarov criticized the work of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce. He said that he did not understand what eight deputy ministers were doing.
