Construction of Barça academy: Sadyr Japarov and Joan Laporta lay capsule

A capsule was laid in Bishkek at the construction site of Barça Football Academy. It will be located on Tokombaev Street in the southern part of the capital.

The event was attended by the President of the country Sadyr Japarov, the head of the Barcelona Football Club Joan Laporta and the heads of the Football Federations of the Central Asian states.

Sadyr Japarov told about the start of a similar construction in Jalal-Abad, and also noted that it was a very significant event for the people of Kyrgyzstan.

Joan Laporta stressed that he was glad to be in the Kyrgyz Republic and expressed gratitude to the president, contractors and everyone involved in the start of the construction of the football academy. «This is the largest event in Central Asia. This is a big holiday,» he commented on construction of the academy in Kyrgyzstan.

A friendly match with the legendary players of Barcelona Football Club will take place at the Spartak Stadium named after Dolon Omurzakov in Bishkek on August 30 at 8 p.m. Sadyr Japarov will also participate in the match.
