Activist Ondurush Toktonasyrov was charged with incitement of racial, ethnic, national, religious interregional enmity (discord). Lawyer Agzam Dushenaliev told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, Ondurush Toktonasyrov does not admit his guilt.
«The case has not yet been sent to court. We were summoned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs today to familiarize ourselves with the case materials. Preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave was chosen for Ondurush Toktonasyrov,» Agzam Dushenaliev said.
Recall, unknown people put in a car and drove away the activist Ondurush Toktonasyrov on May 30. Relatives and human rights activists could not find out where he was for more than an hour. It turned out later that the police officers had taken him for questioning within the framework of the initiated criminal case.
