President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov got acquainted with the construction of a new building of the Osh State Pedagogical University. Press service of the President reported.
The new building of the university will provide training only in pedagogical specialties for students from Batken, Jalal-Abad and Osh regions.
Construction of the new five-story facility began in November 2021. The total area of the educational building is 3,600 square meters. It will have 54 classrooms, a library, a canteen, a conference room and a computer class. The project of the new building includes installation of ramps and an elevator for unhindered access to the university by persons with disabilities and the elderly.
Noting the special role of the teaching profession, Sadyr Japarov instructed to complete the construction of the building by the beginning of the new academic year.
