Investigation into the case on incitement of a woman to suicide was competed. A lawyer Esenia Ramazanova told 24.kg news agency.
According to her, investigators from the Internal Affairs Department of Oktyabrsky district of Bishkek charged the husband of the deceased under the article «Incitement to suicide» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
«The case was sent to court for consideration on the merits,» Esenia Ramazanova said.
Recall, body of a 21-year-old woman was found in Botanical Garden on October 19, 2021. The police said that her husband had been questioned. He said that two days before the tragedy, they quarreled because of jealousy on her part. The woman left the house on October 18 and did not get in touch for a long time. As a result, a man — a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was charged.
