The Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan and Mailuu-Suu Electric Bulb Plant will cooperate in the training and employment of the unemployed citizens. Press service of the ministry reported.
Nargiza Turkebekova, head of the Employment Promotion Department of the Ministry of Labor, met with the management of the plant.
Viktor Lyakhovets, director of Mailuu-Suu Electric Bulb Plant OJSC, said that since its transfer to state ownership, 15.9 million more lamps have been sold compared to 2021.
According to him, salaries of employees have been increased by 40 percent since last year and an average salary to date is 20,500 soms. The wage fund as a whole increased from 256.3 million soms in 2021 to 333.1 million in 2022.
«It turned out during the discussion of working conditions that Mailuu-Suu Electric Bulb Plant OJSC currently does not have a training center. The ministry proposed to open a training center to improve the skills of workers and train the unemployed with further employment. Cooperation was also discussed within the framework of vocational training, retraining and advanced training of the unemployed,» Nargiza Turkebekova told.
