Renovation of central stadium planned in Osh city

A major reconstruction of the central stadium named after Akmatbek Suyumbaev has begun in Osh city. Press service of the City Hall reported.

According to the Capital Construction Department, 12,500 seats will be completely renovated at the stadium. Construction and installation work has already begun.

In addition, the facade, changing rooms and shower rooms for football players will be renovated.

Mayor of the city Bakytbek Zhetigenov stressed that the stadium should become an exemplary sports facility not only for Osh, but for the entire southern region.

According to plans, all activities will be completed by the Independence Day of Kyrgyzstan.
