Court of Bishkek released from custody a serviceman of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS), accused of drug trafficking. Own sources in law enforcement agencies informed 24.kg news agency.
According to preliminary data, the SCNS officer was detained while selling mephedrone.
«A criminal case was initiated against him and he was charged with illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues for the purpose of sale. When the materials were submitted to the court, during the preliminary hearing, the judge of the Pervomaisky District Court of the capital, Marat Sydykov, released the accused from custody in the courtroom,» the sources said.
