Women power engineers from Kyrgyzstan will be able to do an internship at solar and wind stations in Kazakhstan. It was announced during the International Energy Forum of the EAEU member states.
The Association of Women in the Power Industry of Kyrgyzstan, the Almaty University of Energy and Communications and the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after Iskhak Razzakov signed a memorandum of cooperation. This document makes it possible to undergo training for free at renewable energy facilities in Kazakhstan.
«So far, this opportunity is being provided to women who already work in the power system of Kyrgyzstan. This is necessary to increase their potential. We look forward to fruitful cooperation, and in the future, final-year students who study energy specialties will also be able to do an internship,» said Altynai Abdykerimova, President of the Association of Women in the Power Industry of Kyrgyzstan.
