Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov received a Chinese delegation led by Cai Xianjing, Head of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Shandong Province. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
The delegation included the General Directors of Zhongtong Bus Holding Peng Feng and Zhongtong Bus Overseas Marketing Division Zhu Yonghu, as well as representatives of other Chinese corporations.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of Kyrgyz-Chinese cooperation in all areas of mutual interest, in particular, the acquisition of 1,500 buses manufactured in China for the Bishkek City Hall.
Akylbek Japarov stressed that special attention should be paid to the opening of service centers in the capital during the implementation of the project. The representatives of the delegation agreed with this.
«China is one of our main trading partners. We are interested in development of mutual trade and promotion of joint projects. I am sure that joint projects, including those aimed at providing residents and guests of the city with convenient and comfortable public transport, will only strengthen our cooperation,» he concluded.
