The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan should develop a foreign policy concept. MP Adakhan Madumarov voiced the proposal at a meeting of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense, Security and Migration.
According to him, foreign policy should be substantial.
«We need to prepare a concept. If earlier there was a bipolar policy in the world, now it is multipolar,» Adakhan Madumarov said.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeenbek Kulubaev replied that there was such a need, given the new challenges in the world.
