At least 287 private enterprises were created in Osh last year. Press service of the City Hall reported.
A meeting was held in the city under the chairmanship of the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov on the results of the work of the City Hall for 2022.
Vice Mayor Mars Isaev noted that the local budget amounted to 2.5 billion soms last year, which is 900 million soms more than in 2021.
The enterprises of the city produced products worth 6,072 billion soms in 2022. Mars Isaev also informed that 287 business entities were registered in the southern capital and 1,872 jobs were created last year.
The number of unemployed registered by government agencies decreased by 611 people. If in 2022 about 6,162 citizens were looking for work, then by January 1, 2023 their number reduced to 5,551 people.
