Kyrgyzstan starts accepting single tax returns for 2022

The State Tax Service launched a campaign to accept the single tax returns for 2022. The press service of the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan reported.

The declaration campaign will be held in two stages. Legal entities, state and municipal employees must report on income received for 2022 and provide information on economic activity, property objects and land plots until April 1, and individuals — till May 1.

State and municipal employees, domestic organizations, including peasant and farm enterprises, as well as foreign organizations operating in the territory of Kyrgyzstan with formation of a permanent institution have to file the single tax returns until April 1, 2023.

Individual entrepreneurs, individuals who own taxable property and land (with the exception of household plots), as well as peasant and farm enterprises operating without forming a legal entity, must file their tax returns until May 1.

In addition, persons who acquired property worth more than 300,000 soms during the year, employees of organizations and enterprises with a state stake, citizens who have a residence permit or the status of kayrylman, who received income from activities in international organizations have to file their tax returns until May 1.
