Second stage of the campaign for accepting single tax returns following the results of 2022 has begun, which will last until May 1, 2023. The Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan reports.
The tax return must be filed by:
- Individual entrepreneurs, including those working under a license;
- Individuals who own taxable property and a land plot (except for household plots);
- Peasant and farm enterprises operating without forming a legal entity;
- Employees of institutions, enterprises or organizations that are under the jurisdiction of a state body or local government body, carrying out research, creative, teaching, medical, recreational and other activities to serve the population, not related to executive and administrative functions;
- Employees of organizations and enterprises with a state share of participation, who are not state or municipal employees;
- Citizens who have a residence permit or the status of returnee who have received income from activities in international organizations;
- An individual who acquired property worth more than 300,000 soms during the year.
It should be noted that the deadline for submitting a tax return by legal entities, state and municipal employees expired on March 31.
