The State Tax Service has launched a campaign for accepting the single tax returns for 2021. The press service of the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The next declaration campaign will be held in two stages. In accordance with them, till March 1 — legal entities and till April 1 — individuals must report to the tax authorities on their income over the past year and also provide information on economic activities, property and land.
So, the domestic organizations, including peasant and private farms, as well as foreign organizations operating in the territory of Kyrgyzstan with formation of a permanent establishment must file the single tax return until March 1 of this year.
State and municipal officials, individual entrepreneurs, individuals owning taxable movable property (vehicles), immovable property (apartments and houses) and land (except for homestead lands), as well as peasant and farmer households operating without formation of a legal entity must file the single tax return until April 1.
«The single tax return for 2021 must be filed in compliance with the forms and deadlines set as of December 31, 2021. Starting next year, the new forms and deadlines will be set,» the State Tax Service said.
