District electrical networks enterprises will inform consumers about possible short-term power outages. National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan JSC reported.
The company once again reminded that due to severe frosts, electricity consumption has increased significantly. This leads to an excessive load on the power grid equipment. In order to avoid major breakdowns and failure of power equipment, unloading measures are taken.
«Previously, it was not possible to report in which area and at what time high electricity consumption would be registered. After analyzing the outages associated with overloads over the past 24 hours, it is possible to say in which areas overloads and short-term outages are expected,» the company noted.
National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan calls on the population to take the current situation with understanding and save electrical energy in order to avoid emergency situations.
