The Kyrgyz Football Union, with the financial support of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), starts implementation of Football at School project. Its press service reported.
«The project is aimed at improving the qualifications of school physical education teachers. The program will start in February and will be implemented for 60 physical education teachers in schools and orphanages in Bishkek and Chui region. According to preliminary estimates, at least 30,000 children during physical education lessons will directly or indirectly benefit from the new knowledge, skills and experience acquired by the teachers participating in the project,» the statement says.
The program is implemented in partnership with the Department of Education of the Bishkek City Hall, the Department of Sports, Tourism and Youth Work of the City Hall, UNICEF and the Red Crescent Kyrgyzstan.
