Former deputy ex-mayor of Moscow has been appointed an advisor to the head of Bishkek. The Mayor of Bishkek Emilbek Abdykadyrov announced it at a meeting of the Parliament.
According to him, the new adviser will help build a waste processing plant in the capital.
«He has a lot of experience — he built five factories in Russia. He will be my advisor on a voluntary basis,» the official said.
However, he did not announce the name of the new adviser.
