Construction of 15-storey houses for preferential mortgage begins in Kyrgyzstan

Construction of 15-story residential buildings under preferential mortgage program began by order of the President of Kyrgyzstan. Kanybek Tumanbayev, head of the Department of Presidential and Cabinet Affairs, posted on his Facebook page.

According to him, Sadyr Japarov instructed to start construction of 15-storey houses under preferential mortgage program for State Mortgage Company OJSC.

Earlier, during the first People’s Kurultai, the President announced that the interest rate for preferential mortgages was reduced from 14 to 4 percent, and the loan period was extended from 10 to 25 years. He also informed the deputies that the construction of multi-storey buildings will begin in the republic in 2023, which will be handed over to the State Mortgage Company.

The official also posted sketches of apartment buildings, the construction of which has begun.
