Detailed business plan templates have been published that entrepreneurs can use when preparing projects to raise financing. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan reported.
They are designed to encourage and expand entrepreneurs’ access to financing from international financial institutions. The package of documents includes a project business plan template, a financial model template, and instructions for a financial model template.
«The lack of a steady stream of well-prepared projects to receive financial support is holding back investment for sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan. Resources of international financial institutions can play a potentially decisive role in accelerating economic growth, creating jobs, eliminating inequalities and providing access to financing for small and medium-sized enterprises throughout the country,» the Ministry of Economy and Commerce notes.
To date, business plan templates are available in 16 areas, including the opening of a poultry farm, meat and dairy cattle farm, production of cheese and butter, production of semi-finished products, laying of an intensive apple orchard, production of cabinet furniture, a workshop for sewing overalls and others.
Several other areas are under development. In the near future, additional business plan templates will be added to the site for public use.
