Kyrgyzstani detained when driving cattle across border with Uzbekistan

Servicemen of Ala-Buka border detachment prevented two facts of illegal driving of cattle and small cattle across the state border. The Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.

According to the Border Service, border patrol of the SCNS detained a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, a native of Gulbak village, Aksy district, near the conditional line of the state border in ​​​​Sary-Bulak area, Aksy district, Jalal-Abad region. He tried to drive five bulls to Uzbekistan.

In Taza-Suu area, Aksy district, near the conditional line of the state border, the border patrol detained another Kyrgyzstani, a native of Ak-Dobo village. He tried to drive 17 heads of cattle.

According to preliminary data, the cost of detained cattle is 450,000 soms.

In both cases, the detained citizens and livestock were handed over to employees of the competent authorities for further investigation.
