Committee on International Affairs, Defense, Security and Migration of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan approved in three readings an agreement with Uzbekistan on separate sections of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border and joint management of Kempir-Abad reservoir.
Ulan Primov, Cholpon Sultanbekova, Leyla Nurova, Zhyldyz Taalaibek kyzy, Yrysbek Atadzhanov, Ulan Bakasov and Shailoobek Atazov voted for it.
Several deputies — Adakhan Madumarov, Chingiz Aidarbekov, Nurzhigit Kadyrbekov and Nilufar Alimdzhanova — left the committee meeting before the start of voting.
Two members of the committee, Erulan Kokulov and Mirgul Temirbayeva, were not present during the discussion of the issue.
