At a meeting of Ata Zhurt Kyrgyzstan parliamentary faction and a group of Mekenchil deputies, a deputy Zhyldyz Sadyrbaeva asked about construction of healthcare facilities.
Deputy head of the Ministry of Health Ulan Sadykov said that the department has compiled a list of 222 institutions that need to be built.
«We are still clarifying the list of objects that will be included in the list for the next year. I think at least 15 objects will be included in it. There will be hospitals, medical and obstetric centres and, possibly, Family Medicine Centers. Border zones will be given priority. To date, 16 healthcare facilities are under construction. One hospital has been completed,» Ulan Sadykov told.
The deputy asked the Chairman of the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund (CMIF) Azamat Mukanov how much they plan to allocate for the purchase of diagnostic equipment.
«The need for equipment is 1,800 billion soms. We are working on issues related to funds with the Ministry of Finance,» the head of the CMIF replied.
