The President of Kyrgyzstan signed a decree on the issues of production of educational materials for educational organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It is noted that in order to ensure the production of educational materials for educational organizations on the territory of the republic, to increase the efficiency of the activities of local enterprises (companies) with a state share in the production of educational materials for educational organizations, Sadyr Japarov decided:
- To determine Uchkun JSC, 77.36 percent of the share in the authorized capital of which belongs to the state, as the manufacturer of educational materials for educational organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- To instruct the Cabinet of Ministers within three months to develop and submit for consideration by the Parliament a draft law on amendments to the law on public procurement, providing for its non-application to the production of educational materials.
