The Nooken District Court of Jalal-Abad region issued a verdict against a man accused of raping a six-year-old girl. Office of the court reported.
The man was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison.
The Nooken District Court received the criminal case on July 1. According to the indictment, the defendant, taking advantage of the helpless state of the child, dragged her into his house and raped.
Earlier, lawyers reported that the relatives of the accused were trying to buy off. They pointed out that the criminal case contained all the evidence against the 28-year-old resident of Nooken district. The girl’s hair, traces of the defendant’s semen and blood on the child’s underwear were found at the crime scene. There is a confirming result of forensic biological examination. The case includes direct testimonies from two other girls who saw the suspect taking their friend’s clothes off and gripping her by the throat. They identified the rapist during investigation.
