The Pervomaisky Court of Bishkek will consider a criminal case against an activist Adilet Baltabai. Lawyer Agzam Dushenaliev told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, investigation of the criminal case was completed.
«The case was taken to court. The participants of the process determined the procedure for consideration of the case. Witnesses will be interrogated at the next court session,» Agzam Dushenaliev said.
The blogger Adilet Ali Myktybek is accused of inciting riots. He is being kept in the remand center 1.
