A step-by-step instruction (guide) has been developed for filing reports in electronic form. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The ministry noted that the document with unique content will help entrepreneurs quickly and efficiently determine the terms, periods, form of reporting to the tax authorities and the Social Fund.
Reports to the tax authorities are mandatory filed in electronic form in Kyrgyzstan.
It is enough for individual entrepreneurs to gain access to their personal account by filling out an application on www.salyk.kg portal and submitting it to the district departments of the State Tax Service. Organizations must obtain an electronic signature to file reports through a personal account. The report of the established form on social contributions must also be filled out using an electronic calculator on the State Tax Service website.
The detailed step-by-step instructions will help business representatives quickly find the necessary links, obtain an Electronic Signature, determine the timing of proper reporting and deal with the necessary reports specific to their form and type of business activity.
Such instructions are especially necessary for foreign citizens arriving in the country who are going to develop their business on the territory of the state.
«In order to efficiently, easily, and timely file reports to the relevant authorities, foreign citizens, and often domestic businessmen, need information assistance. Often, the entrepreneurs themselves are responsible for reporting, and we are interested in them being informed and competent,» said Ainura Usenbekova, Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic.
