The Deputy Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Aibek Artykbaev and Pakistan Muhammad Aamar Aftab Qureshi met in Islamabad. Press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The parties discussed mutual visits of heads of state, as well as the possibility of cooperation between the government agencies and civil society. The diplomats noted the importance of improving the efficiency of the legal framework for bilateral cooperation and the possibility of promotion of joint projects.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to hold the fourth meeting of the Kyrgyz-Pakistani Intergovernmental Commission on trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation, as well as a bilateral Business Forum in October this year.
