The national tennis team of Kyrgyzstan will participate in the Davis Cup. The Tennis Federation informed 24.kg news agency.
The Kyrgyz team will take part in the tournament within the Asian region group. The matches will be held in Colombo (Sri Lanka). The group includes tennis players representing Iraq, Maldives, Yemen, Bangladesh, Oman, Qatar, Brunei, Sri Lanka, Kyrgyzstan.
The matches will take place from August 8 through August 13.
The national team of the Kyrgyz Republic includes Nurdin Medetov (playing captain), President of the Tennis Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic, Evgeny Babak, Ilgiz Kamchibekov and Mirgiyaz Mirdzhaliev.
