Policemen helped French tourists who got stuck in the mountains in an SUV in Issyk-Kul region. The Department of Internal Affairs of Issyk-Kul region reported.
«On July 29, while patrolling the Arabel syrt zone of Jeti-Oguz district, employees of the tourist and environmental police saw a stuck off-road vehicle. There was a married couple from France inside. According to tourists, they wanted to visit Arabel, but got stuck. For six hours they had been trying to free the SUV and began to freeze,» the statement says.
The policemen helped the tourists to get out and accompanied them to a safe section of the road.
