Doctor of the Kochkor-Ata General Medical Practice Center was detained while trying to bribe an employee of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS). Press center of the SCNS reported.
«Family doctor of the Kochkor-Ata General Medical Practice Center was caught red-handed on July 28 while handing over $2,000 to an SCNS employee. He used a fake diploma of higher education from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. In order to avoid criminal liability, he offered a bribe to an employee of the SCNS for stopping the check and hiding the fact,» the statement says.
A criminal case was initiated on the fact. The investigation is ongoing.
