Ernest Sulaimanbekov, director of Cadastre state institution, was detained on the fact of illegal money extortion from his subordinates. The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.
Management of the state institution has reportedly established a stable corruption scheme for extorting money from their subordinates. During the investigation of the criminal case, the fact of another illegal deduction of 3,000-6,000 soms from the wages of employees of the state institution under the pretext of transferring it to the inspection bodies was documented.
