Illegal transportation of cattle into the territory of Kyrgyzstan was prevented in Talas region. The Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Border guards found five citizens in Talas district. They loaded bulls into trucks after driving them across the state border from the territory of Kazakhstan.
According to preliminary data, the cost of the detained cattle reached more than 3.5 million soms.
The detained citizens, vehicles and cattle were handed over to the employees of the competent authorities for further investigation.
