Deputies approved the list of members of the Justice Affairs Council at a meeting of Parliament today.
The Council includes:
- Member of Parliament Ruslanbek Zhakyshov;
- Lawyer of the Bar of Chui region Bakyt Kydyraliev;
- Head of the Department of Law and Customs of the Law Faculty of the Kyrgyz National University Erlan Bazarbai uulu;
- Judges of the Supreme Court Sheraly Kamchibekov, Nurgul Asanova, Aida Seidakmatova;
- Judge of the Sverdlovsky District Court of Bishkek Azis Eshaliev;
- Judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek Elmira Baryktabasova;
- Judge of the Leninsky District Court of Bishkek Damira Sagynbekova;
- Judge of the Osh City Court Marat Akberdiev;
- Judge of the Bishkek City Court Aivar Kubatov.
The main task of the Justice Affairs Council is the selection of candidates for vacant positions of judges of the Constitutional, Supreme and local courts, and recommendation for appointment.
