Social media user Bakmurat Toktogulov was interrogated by the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) for his posts. He announced this live on Facebook.
According to him, the reason for the interrogation could be his publications critical of the authorities.
«I was warned that the posts should not incite ethnic hatred. However, they did not find such a violation in my publications. From a legal point of view, there are no violations of the law. The Constitution gives every citizen the right to express his opinion freely. Every time I post, I think about the content. I just shared my experience about the state,» Bakmurat Toktogulov said.
