President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed a decree, according to which Achylbek Arziev was temporarily suspended from the post of judge of the Dzhumgal District Court of Naryn region. Press service of the President reported.
The document was signed in connection with the consent of the Council of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring him to criminal responsibility.
It was reported on May 20 that the judge and the deputy head of the district prosecutor were detained in Dzhumgal district. They were caught red-handed while taking a bribe of 50,000 soms.
