President Sadyr Japarov meets with talented schoolchildren

On the occasion of International Children’s Day, the President of Kyrgyzstan met with talented schoolchildren from all regions of the country. Press service of the head of state reported.

Excellent students, children who distinguished themselves by creativity, sports achievements and showed high results at international Olympiads in various subjects participated in the meeting. During the conversation, they shared stories of personal achievements with Sadyr Japarov and asked him questions.

They asked if the President played chess and what qualities were needed to be successful. One of the schoolchildren asked whether it was possible to hold training camps in Kyrgyzstan to prepare participants for the international Olympiad in informatics, as it is practiced abroad.

Sadyr Japarov said that he has been fond of chess since his school years, and now he plays in his free time. The head of state named tireless efforts, perseverance and self-confidence as guarantors of success.

He instructed the relevant state bodies to study the possibility of organizing training camps for participants of Olympiads and stressed that talented and educated youth are the hope for a bright future for the people and the country.

Sadyr Japarov, wishing schoolchildren success at local and international Olympiads, added that they can grow into future leaders of the country who will benefit the people and the state. At the end of the meeting, schoolchildren were presented with memorable gifts.
