Amendments were made to the law on state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it. The corresponding decision was made at a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan.
Minister of Agriculture Askarbek Dzhanybekov noted that amendments are needed to bring the law in line with the Constitution, the Civil Code, and the laws on pledge and notaries. This is also done to specify, improve procedures for registration of rights to real estate and ensure transparency in the provision of services for registration of rights to real estate, protection of property rights to real estate.
«The draft proposes to exclude the registration file and the register of applications for state registration of rights to real estate from the main documents. The registration file is a document of the accumulation of various documents, and the register of registration of applications for state registration of rights to real estate is only a document for recording the receipt of an application and documents for registration. These documents are not abandoned at all, but are excluded from the main ones only,» he concluded.
