Official meeting of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the head of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov is taking place at Ala-Archa 1 state residence in Bishkek.
The leaders of the countries will hold meetings in a narrow, and then in an expanded format. Documents are expected to be signed following the talks.
In addition, it is expected that Sadyr Japarov and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will make a statement for the media.
The head of Kazakhstan will also take part in the 1st Eurasian Economic Forum.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev paid a state visit to Kyrgyzstan in November 2019.
