Kyrgyz clothing brand Made in Kyrgyzstan is becoming more popular among Russians. Deputy Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic Ainur Samanov announced at the Kyrgyz-Russian Women’s Forum «Opportunities and Prospects of Textile Industry».
According to him, the trade turnover between the two countries increased by 45 percent. Supplies of textile products from Kyrgyzstan to Russia take the third position in its structure.
Ainur Samanov added that clothes made by the garment workers of the Kyrgyz Republic are gaining popularity in the Russian Federation.
«We see that Made in Kyrgyzstan brand is gaining a certain popularity. We receive many requests from companies that are interested not only in the supply of goods, but also in the creation of joint ventures, because the quality of our textile industry remains at a high level,» he said.
