At least 23 units of illegally stored firearms were confiscated from residents of Issyk-Kul region. Press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the region reported.
«Arsenal raid was carried out from March 10 to March 21. At least 14 objects of the licensing system, over 1,300 hunters and about 100 owners of gas-traumatic weapons were checked. Some 23 units of firearms were seized from illegal circulation — 3 rifled and 20 smoothbore. At least 65 protocols were drawn up on the facts of violations,» the statement says.
