The Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Amangeldiev told what areas the state is going to finance within the framework of the anti-crisis plan.
It is planned to allocate 2.2 billion soms for creation of reserves, and 32.9 billion soms — for raising salaries and benefits. At least 2.5 billion soms have already been allocated for the purchase of seeds and mineral fertilizers. A total of 26 billion soms are provided for subsidizing interest rates and providing loans to farmers at 6 percent per annum.
«It is planned to issue loans at 10 percent per annum to support small and medium-sized businesses. It is planned to allocate 7.2 billion soms for these purposes. In order to support power and road industry, dollar loans will be converted within the framework of budget lending. This will require 36 billion soms,» Daniyar Amangeldiev said.
