As part of his official visit to the Russian Federation, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Kazakbaev met with David Vartanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zarubezh-Expo JSC.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the parties discussed issues related to organization of the First International Industrial Exhibition Expo-Russia Kyrgyzstan and the Russian-Kyrgyz Interregional Business Forum, which is planned to be held on June 15-17, 2022.
Ruslan Kazakbaev noted that the leadership of the country attaches great importance to quality organizing and holding of these events.
He voiced priorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to promote economic diplomacy, attract investment and increase the export potential of the country. He particularly emphasized the importance of holding regular economic events and exhibitions for development of the Kyrgyz-Russian trade and economic cooperation, expansion of the range of trade and increase in trade turnover, strengthening business ties between businesses of the two countries, including at inter-regional level.
David Vartanov said that in the near future the company’s delegation plans to visit Bishkek to solve a number of organizational and substantive issues as well as to sign appropriate contractual documents.
The parties agreed that the potential of trade and economic cooperation with the allied and strategic nature of the bilateral relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation will allow the upcoming industrial exhibition and interregional business forum to be held at a high level, involving a wide range of Kyrgyz and Russian businessmen and investors.
Zarubezh-Expo JSC is the organizer and operator of Russian events abroad aimed at stimulating bilateral trade. The company organizes exhibitions, business forums, business meetings and lobbies establishment of business contacts at the highest level. It is a member of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The company’s own projects are: Expo-Russia Armenia, Expo-Russia Belarus, Expo-Russia Vietnam, Expo-Russia Jordan, Expo-Russia Kazakhstan, Expo-Russia Moldova, Expo-Russia Serbia and Expo-Russia Uzbekistan.
