According to Sadyr Japarov, the time of the main payments on this debt fell on the period of his presidency.
«There are no questions. We will pay everything off. We have already determined according to what plan and from what sources we will pay. As the dynamics show, starting this year, the peak of payments in the amount of $350 million will be in 2026. Then the amount will decrease again, and by 2030 we will pay it off,» he wrote.
What do I want to say? If we used this money to pay salaries, pensions and benefits, then each civil servant would receive at least $1,000 per month.

«We plan to raise wages from April 1, but, of course, we will not be able to raise them to $1,000. But we will try to raise them as much as possible, based on the possibilities of the state treasury,» the president explained.
Earlier, the head of state wrote another post. He asked the deputies not to call ministers to the Parliament without urgent need and to give officials an opportunity to work fully.
