Kuwait Foundation donates ambulance to Emergency Medicine Center

The Kuwait Charity Foundation As-Safa donated an ambulance to the Center for Emergency Medicine in Bishkek. Press center of the Ministry of Health reported.

The special vehicle based on Fiat Ducato van is fully equipped with the necessary medical equipment.

The Minister of Health Alymkadyr Beishenaliev thanked the management of As-Safa Center NGO for their contribution to the development of the healthcare system, increasing the availability and quality of medical services, and noted that this assistance in the form of the ambulance will help save hundreds of lives.

«One of the main areas of charitable activities of As-Safa Center NGO is the healthcare sector. To date, the foundation has built a five-story building of departments of pediatric oncology and oncohematology at the National Center for Maternity and Childhood Welfare in Bishkek, 4 maternity hospitals, 35 medical and obstetrical stations, 15 Family Doctors Groups, 3 inpatient buildings with 50 and 80 beds for people with disabilities in the Psychoneurological Social Hospital in Tokmak and etc.,» the ministry noted.
