At the invitation of the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, the President Sadyr Japarov will participate in the first online summit organized within the framework of India — Central Asia dialogue on January 27. Press service of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
It is planned to discuss key issues of political interaction and regional security, as well as further development of trade and economic cooperation, cultural and humanitarian ties between the states of Central Asia and India.
The Delhi Declaration will be adopted based on its results.
The Presidents of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov and of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will participate in the summit.
The year 2022 will mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and the countries of Central Asia.
On January 25, Sadyr Japarov took part in the summit of the heads of states of Central Asia and China.
