There are 103,300 registered unemployed people in Kyrgyzstan. The Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration provided such data.
These are jobless citizens in search of work registered by the state employment services. The data were obtained as of December 1, 2021.
It is 2.4 percent more than in December 2020.
At least 45.6 percent out of 103,300 registered unemployed are women. The highest number of the unemployed were registered in Jalal-Abad region — 22,626 people, in Osh region — 19,991 and in Batken region — 10,313.
